Bathrooms and kitchens we have built

Every photo here comes from our own team’s work. We describe what each image shows and leave out locations and client details out of respect for the owners.

Bathrooms, showers and basins

Floor-level showers with linear drains and fixed glass, recessed niches under ceiling rain heads, grey and light seamless walls, blue relief tiling, double basins on built-in counters with wall-mounted taps, and a compact cloakroom with a wall-hung WC.

Kitchens

L-shaped kitchens in blue and white, a timber worktop, a concrete-effect column and a grey kitchen opening onto the dining area. In each one the water, waste and power were settled before the first unit arrived.

Services behind the finishes

Underfloor heating panels laid before the floor finish: the kind of work that disappears once the room is done, and the reason we insist on keeping trades in the right order.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are these photos of your own work?

Yes, all of them are jobs carried out by our team.

Why do you not show where each job was?

To protect the owners’ privacy. We describe only what is visible.

Can I have a shower like one in the photos?

Often, depending on your bathroom’s depth for the waste and the layout. We check on a visit.

What is the grey finish on some bathroom walls?

A seamless coating applied over a prepared and, in wet zones, waterproofed base.

Are the basins built in?

Some are integrated into a built-in counter; others sit on top. Both are options.

Can you fit a black or brass tap like these?

Yes, wall-mounted or deck-mounted, planned before the wall is closed.

Do the kitchen projects include the units?

We can coordinate supply and fitting, or fit units you buy. The quote shows which.

Why show underfloor heating in a bathroom site?

To show why the order of work matters: services go in before finishes.

Are the photos edited?

Only optimised for the web; the content has not been altered.

How do I ask for something similar?

Send a photo you like together with photos of your room and its approximate floor area.

Free, itemised quote

Send us photos and the approximate floor area

A few photos and a rough square-metre figure are enough for a first assessment. If it suits you, we then visit the property and prepare an itemised quote, line by line.

  • One contractor, one point of contact
  • Itemised quote with no vague lump sums
  • Materials purchasing and final clean handled by us
  • Work carried out with a guarantee and public liability insurance
